White hot chocolate with pumpkin

Seasonal yummy to cheer you up!

The volume of the used glass is 250 ml.


Milk – 3 stacks.
Pumpkin puree – 1 stack.
Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp.
Ground ginger – ¼ tsp.
Ground nutmeg – on the tip of a knife
Ground cloves – at the tip of a knife
Vanilla – 1 tsp
White Chocolate – 120 g
Salt – 1 pinch
Whipped cream to taste


1. In a saucepan, mix milk, pumpkin puree and spices. Put on medium heat and bring almost to a boil, not allowing to boil. Remove from heat.
2. Add crushed chocolate and mix until completely dissolved.
3. Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
