Italian Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes

This delicious dish should appeal to many for its simplicity and at the same time of great goodies. Chicken, potatoes and tomatoes – the perfect combination. Chicken thighs need to marinate in yogurt with the addition of finely chopped garlic, Provence herbs and pepper just half an hour.

3 pcs. chicken thighs
7sht. potatoes
5 pieces. Cherry tomatoes
7zubchikov garlic
1st. kefir2,5%
3st.l. olive oil
1ch.l. Provencal herbs
0,25ch.l. ground black pepper
salt to taste

Prepare the marinade for chicken. Chicken thighs wash, dry with paper towels. In a deep container to pour a cup of yogurt (2.5%), add salt, finely chopped garlic, pepper, add the red, if you like spicy olive and herbs, mix all the ingredients in the marinade and immerse the chicken thighs. Meanwhile, peel potatoes and cut into small pieces, add salt. In the pan for roasting, pour olive oil, pour potatoes. Garlic cloves cut in half and put on the potatoes.

Cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and also put on the potatoes.
