● 1.5 liters of broth;
● 500g of veal;
● 300 g of noodles;
● 2 sweet peppers;
● 2 large tomatoes;
● 1 large onion;
● 2-3 cloves of garlic;
● small bunch of parsley;
● 3-4 Art. l. vegetable oils;
● salt, freshly ground black pepper.


Pepper, tomatoes, onion peel and cut into cubes. The meat cut into small kubikami.V deep skillet very hot oil. On high heat fry the meat (preferably in portions to tushilos meat and roasted). Then the meat is ready to put in a bowl. When all the meat is ready, put it back in the pan. Add the vegetables, cook stirring for 5-7 minutes.



Then pour the warm broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook until tender (about an hour). Parsley and garlic finely chopped. For 10 minutes until cooked meat, boil the noodles according to the package instructions. Cooked noodles drain. The deep dish put the noodles, pour the soup, sprinkle with garlic and parsley. Serve the most delicious Lagman very hot!
