Creative and Yummy Donuts

Today we’ve decided to try our hand at glazing homemade donuts in pretty colors. I’m excited to show you how to make donut glaze that is colorful and bright!

 

Delicious donuts according to the recipe of Israeli pastry chef Miki Shemo.

You will need:

Ingredients for the dough:

For dough:
1 cup flour 140 g
1 \ 2 cups of water (120 ml)
1 tsp fresh yeast (10 g)

2 cups flour (280 g)
3 eggs
1 tsp salt (5 g)
1/3 cup sugar (70 g)
100 g melted butter

cooking oil

Types of Glaze:

Chocolate:
150 g chocolate
125 ml cream 38%
break chocolate pour hot cream mix until smooth.

Condensed milk:
250 g of boiled condensed milk
1-2 tbsp milk
warm milk and stir with condensed milk

With white chocolate:
200 g of white chocolate
125 g cream 38%
break chocolate pour hot cream mix until smooth.

 

 

 

 

How to cook:

1. Preparation of the test:
First you need to cook the dough: in a cup of the mixer sift the flour in one glass, add 10 g of yeast and add 120 ml of water. Knead the dough for 2 minutes, you get a sticky mass. Cover and leave for one hour in a warm place.
Add the remaining flour, eggs, salt, sugar to the matched dough, knead the dough in
within 8 minutes. At the end add melted butter and continue kneading for 2 minutes.
The dough should turn out soft, smooth.
Cover the dough and leave to approach for 30 minutes. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour (I left it overnight), this process helps the dough to be rolled out.

2. Forming and baking:
Roll out the dough 1 cm thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out 30 circles and smaller ones in the middle of each.
Leave to stand for 45 minutes.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, check readiness with
wooden sticks – bubbles went, oil is ready.
We fry the donuts on both sides, about half a minute on each side, until golden brown.
We spread it on a paper towel.
Cover with chocolate icing or sprinkle with icing sugar.
