Ingredients:

— 2 medium aubergines;
— 6-7 medium raw potatoes;
— 8 small pieces of chicken (I have a walnut-sized);
— 2 pcs. The Bulgarian red pepper;
— onions 2 pcs. Medium;
— dill to sprinkle (necessarily, it emphasizes the taste);
— 4 cloves of garlic;
— 1 tbsp. Lemon juice;
— Vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

Eggplants cut into cubes, add and let stand for 7 minutes, so that the bitterness has gone (I also flooded them with water).
Potatoes cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil until cooked (set aside).
Meat fry along with onions. Put it in a separate bowl. Rinse the aubergines with the chopped peppers.
At the end of the frying, add crushed garlic to eggplant and pepper, put out for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix everything with fried potatoes and meat. Sprinkle with the juice of the lemon. To cover with a lid. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
