Strawberry tiramisu

Strawberry tiramisu — Trifle


Strawberry — 980 g
Cold milk — 1.5 cups
A mixture of vanilla pudding (soluble) — 100 g
Mascarpone Cheese — 225 g
Brewed coffee room temperature — 2 cups
Whipped cream — 2 cups
Cookies «Lady Fingers» — 85 g
Dark chocolate — 170 g


All except strawberries 1 (for decoration) cut. Spread pudding mixture into the milk, leave for 2 minutes, and then put in the fridge for 2 minutes.


In the bowl of a mixer, beat the mascarpone cheese to cream consistency. Pour 2 tablespoons of coffee, pudding and whipped cream.
Right before you lay out cookies every obmoknite coffee. Put 1/3 of pastry on the bottom of a large salad bowl with a flat bottom.


Close the first layer 1/3 strawberries, grated chocolate and mascarpone mixture. So lay out the rest of the layer 2, the latter should be the mascarpone and the grated chocolate.
Garnish with the remaining strawberries. Refrigerate at least 4 hours and preferably overnight.
