Soup with salmon, cauliflower and spinach

Ingredients:

salmon fillet — 300 g
Cauliflower (inflorescence) — 300 g
Fresh spinach (leaves only) — 1 bunch
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Onions — 1 pc.
Water — 2 stack.
Milk — 1 stack.
Fatty cream — 500 ml
Olive oil or butter — 2 tbsp. l.
Flour — 2 tbsp. l.
Paprika — 2 tsp..
Salt — to taste

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add onion. Sauté onion until clear approximately 2 minutes.
2. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
3. Pour the water and mix with flour and onions.
4. Put the potatoes, cauliflower. Cook, covered until potatoes are done (about 15 minutes).
5. Add paprika, milk and cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
6. Put in a pan sliced fish and cook until done.
7. When the fillet is ready, put the spinach and keep on heat for 1 minute, sliced or torn by hand.
8. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into bowls and serve immediately.
