Soup with chicken meatballs

Soup with chicken meatballs.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a simple soup with chicken meatballs, very tasty and quick to prepare.

You will need:

Potatoes — 2 pcs
Carrots — 1 large
Onions — 1 pc
Butter — 40 g
Green peas (fresh or frozen) — 100 g
Chicken broth — 1.5 liters
Chicken mince — 300 g
Eggs — 1 pc
Munk — 3 tbsp. l
Bay leaf — 1 pc
clove of garlic



How to cook:

1. Onions finely chop. In a saucepan (de soup will be cooked), melt a piece of butter and fry half of the chopped onion until golden brown.

2. When the onion fry fill it with chicken broth. Potatoes and carrots cut and add to the broth. There also add the bay leaf and favorite spices as desired.

3. While the vegetables are cooked, let us meatballs. The minced chicken, add the remaining half onion, squeeze the garlic clove. Add a little nutmeg, salt, pepper, paprika and finely chopped dill. Add the egg and mix well.
Pour 3 tbsp semolina and roll small balls with wet hands.

4. When the vegetables are almost ready, salt, pepper soup, meatballs throws. When finished meatballs will pop-up on the surface we add the peas, cook for 5 minutes and turn off.
