Mini pizza


Puff barmy dough — 750 g
Minced meat (beef + pork) — 500 g
Tomatoes in Own. juice — 600 g
Mozzarella pizza — 250 g
White onions — 1 pc.
Garlic — 4 cloves
Olive oil
A mixture of Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste


1. Clear the cloves of garlic and white onion. Onions finely shinkuem, crushed garlic.
2. Fry everything in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
3. Add the minced meat, fry over high heat, breaking up clumps with a fork until all the stuffing will not change color.
4. Add the Italian herbs, salt, pepper, tomatoes with juice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. The sauce should thicken. Remove the pan from the heat and allowed to cool. Preheat oven to 220 C.
5. mozzarella rubbed on a coarse grater. Veiled pan with baking paper, grease with butter. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Lubricate it all over the surface of the meat sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and gently displace the sheet roll. Fix the seam and put the loaf seam side down.
6. Cut the roll thin sharp knife into rings of 2 cm. Flat side spread the slices on a baking at a distance from each other.
7. Bake the mini-pizzas in preheated oven until golden brown and tests done, about 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle each pizza with olive oil and decorate with basil leaves. Serve hot!
