Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta

Sometimes you want to cook a gourmet dinner for two or a family to please a delicious lunch, but very little time. Cook the pasta with shrimp and garlic in this recipe, you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the result.

Ingredients:

200 grams of pasta, noodles or spaghetti
200 g shrimp
50g butter
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice a few sprigs of fresh parsley, salt and red pepper to taste.

In a saucepan, boil 1 liter of water, salt it and drop to pasta. Cook pasta Al dente state to about 6-7 minutes (one minute less than that indicated on the package). Tilt the contents of the saucepan in a colander, cover it with a lid and leave to cool pasta, draining off the excess water.

Shrimp folded into a bowl, pour boiling water and cover. After 2-3 minutes, drain the water and clean the shrimp from the shells, lemon zest Grate. Garlic peel and finely chop with a knife. In a pan combine butter with vegetable oil and put on fire.

In the hot oil to fry the garlic and put it on low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add a pinch of red pepper, grated zest and mix well. Add the shrimp to the pan and stir again, cook for about 2-3 minutes over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.

Then add the lemon juice, chopped fresh herbs and pasta, stir. Through half a minute to remove the pan from the heat and cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Arrange the finished pasta with shrimp and garlic on plates and serve hot to the table. Bon Appetit!
