Shrimp in garlic sauce

Ingredients:

Shrimps peeled 500g
Garlic 2 cloves
Pepper red ground 1 pinch
White wine vinegar 0.3 tbsp.
Parsley fresh 1 bunch
Salt, pepper to taste
Olive oil

Shrimp in garlic sauce

Preparation:

Lubricate the large frying pan with oil and reheat.
Add chopped garlic and red pepper and fry about 3 to 5 minutes.
Peel the shrimps, salt and pepper in a saucepan and boil until they turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan, set aside.
Add the vinegar and lemon juice to the fried garlic in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add a little olive oil. Transfer the shrimps into a frying pan, add chopped parsley. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
