INGREDIENTS:
● 1 kg of salmon steaks
● 400ml coconut milk
● 1 tablespoon coconut
● 1 tsp ground ginger
● small chili pepper
● juice of half a lime (or lemon)
● green onions
● salt
● pepper

PREPARATION:
Step 1 onion finely chopped.
Step 2 Chile remove seeds, cut into small pieces (only half of the chili can be used).
Step 3 In a frying pan pour the milk,
Step 4 Add the chili, ginger, coconut.
Step 5 Stir.
Step 6 Put salmon.
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7 Cover.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 8 Turn.
Step 9 Cover.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 10 Add the onions, simmer about 1 minute.
Step 11 When a drizzle with lime juice (or lemon).
