Salad with slices of salmon


Mixed lettuce with root vegetables — 150 g
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste
Fresh Tomato — 1 piece.
Cucumber — 1 piece.
Salmon fillet — 250 g
Dijon Mustard Grain — 20g
Honey — 20 g
Soy sauce — 20 g
Olive oil — 50 g


1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash and dry lettuce, Narva and mix. Put in a bowl mix salads.

3. Cucumber and tomato cut into medium cubes and place in a bowl.
4. Mix with mixed salad in a bowl.

5. Preparation of the sauce: Mix the honey, soy sauce, olive oil and mustard.
6. Bring to taste with salt.
7. Clean the fish from scales (if any) and the bones, cut into square pieces.
8. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.

9. Put the salad on a plate. Fried salmon pass on a plate with salad.


10. Fill the prepared salad and honey sauce, not allowing to cool fish. Stir.
