Salad Nicoise

Salad Nicoise — a composite of various salad vegetables, tuna or anchovies, or both together.

Ingredients:

Arugula (you can safely replace the salad) — 1 bunch
Tomato — 2 pcs.
Hard-boiled eggs — 2 pcs.
Red onion — 1 pc.
Anchovy fillets in oil — 8 pcs.
Close the green (or red) pepper — 1/2 pcs.
Green beans (plus clove of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, a bunch of parsley) — 200 g
Olives (about 20 TCS, seedless) — 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon juice — 2 tsp..

For the filling:

Olive oil — 5 tablespoons. l.
Garlic (crushed) — 1 clove
Basil (chopped) — 7-8 leaves
Wine vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

1. My all vegetables and herbs, dry them. Make salad dressing in advance, so that it is a good present. Mix olive oil with vinegar.
2 crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped basil leaves. Adding to the oil, salt, pepper. Filling is ready, remove it aside.
3. Getting engaged vegetables. In boiling salted water we place the beans. Cook about 5 minutes.

4. Beans recline in a colander and doused her with ice water. Since the beans retain their beautiful green color and will remain crisp.
