Salad "Koulslo"1



Cabbage — 1 small head
Cabbage — 1 small head
Carrots — 2 pcs. average
Canned corn — Bank 1
Parsley — 1 bunch
Yogurt or sour cream — 100 g
Apple vinegar — 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar — 3 tsp..
Salt — 0.5 tsp..
Dijon mustard — 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper — to taste

Cooking process:

1. Cabbage finely chop. Mash the hands. Carrot peel and grate.
2. The red cabbage finely chop, removing the hard part (streaks). Good stretch your hands to make it softer and let the juice. Parsley cut.
3. From the canned corn drained.
4. Mix all the ingredients. Drizzle with dressing and mix gently again.
