Salad healthy with tuna, egg and tomatoes

Ingredients:
Canned tuna (Bank) — 1 pc
Eggs — 2 pcs
Tomatoes — 2-3 pc
Lettuce — 6 pieces
Olive oil — 2 tbsp. spoons
Bow (purple or chives) — to taste
Salt and pepper — to taste

Preparation:
1. Boil the eggs. You can use and quail — so beautiful. In the case of use of quail eggs increase the amount of up to 8-10. The eggs are cool and clean. Chicken eggs, cut into four slices (quail — half).
2. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Dry using a paper towel or kitchen. Tomatoes cut into slices. If you have cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half. In one and the other have to cut out the stalk.
3. Rinse and clean the onions (if using a bulb or purple). Onion chives finely chop. Purple and onions cut into thin half-rings.
