Pear pie.

You will need:

pears with firm flesh — 3-4 pieces.
cream fat at least 30% — 300 g
chicken egg — 3 pieces.
almond extract (optional) — 0.5-1 tsp
sugar — 180 g (2/3 cup)
vanilla sugar — 20 g (1 bag)
wheat flour / s — 120 g (1 cup)
rice flour (or almond or wheat) — 40 g (1/3 cup)
