Pepperonata with chicken

Pepperonata with chicken.

You will need:

— Chicken breast fillet — 500 g
— Flour — 1 tbsp. l.
— Salt and pepper to taste
— Onions — 2 pcs
— Garlic — 4 the tooth.
— Pepper — 2 pcs (better to take a different color)
— Tomatoes (you can take the tomatoes in their own juice) — 400 g
— Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l. (If you take the tomatoes in their own juice, the paste is not needed)

How to cook:

1. Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces (2h2sm). Pepper and salt.

2. Add the flour and stir well.

3. In a frying pan heat the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry fillets 5-7 minutes. Put in a bowl.

4. Garlic cut into small pieces, or squeeze through the press.

5. Onions cut into half rings.

7. Tomatoes peel, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook a tomato puree with a blender.

8. In a frying pan, where roasted fillet overcook the onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
