Panna cotta with strawberries.

Panna Cotta literally melts in your mouth, and strawberries perfectly emphasizes the delicate taste of cream.

You will need:

400 ml. 20% cream
Article 0.5. spoons of instant gelatin
3 tbsp. sugar spoon
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar
100 gr. strawberries
2 hours. The powdered sugar

How to cook:

1. Gelatin pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons cold water to swell 5 minutes, then put in a bowl with hot water and stir until it has melted.

2. Cream mixed with sugar and vanilla sugar, heat stirring until the sugar has melted, if the mixture negrelas to slightly warm then add the gelatin and stir, pour into molds, if the cream warmed up too much they need to cool down.

3. Place the molds with the cream in the refrigerator overnight or for 4-5 hours.

4. Strawberries cut into small cubes, mix with sugar, lay on the frozen Panna Cotta, the top pour juice formed.
