Great pasta











Ingredients :
6 servings (total time 20 minutes)

— 450 g spaghetti
— 350 g of hunting sausage, thinly sliced
— 1 large onion, thinly sliced
— 3 cups grape tomatoes in half
— 2 cups of fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
— 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
— Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
— 1 cup grated cheese


1. In a large pot pour the water and put on medium heat, lay the spaghetti, sausage, onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer without a lid until the pasta is cooked and the portion of the liquid has evaporated (about 8-10 minutes). After the cooking process, drain the remaining liquid.
3. Pour into the pan grated cheese and herbs, stir and serve.
