Mushroom cream soup

 

You will need:

— 200 grams of mushrooms;
— 1 carrot;
— ½ onions;
— 1-2 potatoes;
— 70-100 g of melted cheese (I with mushroom flavor);
— 100 g of milk or cream;
— Tablespoon Vegetable oil (for frying);
— Bunch of dill;
— Salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste.

How to cook:

1. Potatoes cut into medium cubes, add water and put to boil. Boil the potatoes for 5-7 minutes after boiling.
