Lemonade with kiwi fruit



  • 1 cup (240ml) of water
  • ¾ cup (150 grams) of sugar

For lemonade:

  • 1 cup (240ml) of lemon juice (4-6 lemons)
  • ½ cup (120ml) of kiwi juice (izi 4-5 kiwi), or of the poured
  • 3 cups (720ml) of water
  • 1 ½ cup (360ml) of vodka, optional


  1. Prepare the syrup, bringing to a boil sugar with water. Cook for about three minutes until the sugar completely dissolves. Then immediately remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. Mix in the decanter juice of lemon, kiwi juice and water.
  3. Add sugar syrup and serve, adding vodka at the end, if desired.
