This «Spaniard» is surely among the top three cold soups. No wonder: gazpacho — one of the most useful and quick soups, which are not heat treated. If you have not tried to cook this dish cold, now is the time.

We offer classic recipe, but to highlight the personality, you can always add to the recipe «author» element: for example, cherries or watermelon.

You will need:

Tomato (average) — 4 pcs
Cucumber (mean) — 3 pcs
Bulgarian pepper (preferably red) — 1 pc
Onions (medium) — 1/4 piece
Garlic — 2 the tooth.
Olive oil — 100 g
Salt

Preparation:

My and chop vegetables, make it easier to whip them. In a blender, pour the oil, immediately adding the salt, onion, garlic, and stir. In the resulting mass gradually add the cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes. It is important to observe is the following sequence: from the more solid foods until soft.

Merge the resulting mass in the pan or bowl, mix well and put them in the refrigerator. The final touch — before serving decorate the gazpacho finely chopped vegetables neatly laid out on top of a hill.
