Fruit cake and cream jelly

Light and refreshing dessert of a ready sponge cake and juicy, bright strawberries.

Strawberry 100g
Kiwi 2 pcs
Gelatin 25 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
250ml milk
Vanilla sugar 0.5 hours. L.
300 ml of cream (20%)
Chicken egg 2 pcs (need only the yolks)

Cooking method
Step 1.
Gelatin pour clean water. Allow to stand for about 15 minutes Fold the frequent strainer to glass excess moisture.

Step 2.
Milk bring to the boil, remove from heat, add sugar, vanilla sugar, stir. Add the egg yolks and stir immediately.

Put on a little fire and stirring constantly whisk mixture to thicken slightly. Remove from heat, add the gelatin. Once back on the fire to warm up a bit, add the cream. Remove. Cool to room temperature.


Step 3.
Kiwi Peel and coarsely chop, wash the strawberries, large berries cut into several pieces.

Step 4.
Ready cake cut into large squares with strawberries and kiwi put into shape. Pour the cooled cream mixture.

Step 5.
A minimum of 3 hours in the refrigerator.
