Fragrant fried potatoes

Ingredients:

— 8 large potatoes
— 2 egg whites
— Mix the dry spices (paprika, chilli, black pepper, salt, Italian herb mix)
— olive oil

Preparation:

— Potatoes are washed, cleaned, cut into slices
— Proteins whisk well and pour over potato slices, mix well their
— Top fill mix of spices and mix thoroughly
— Put on a well greased baking tray
— Bake at 220 degrees for 40 minutes, every 7-10 minutes, gently stir the spatula.
