You will need:

— 60 g of butter
— 100 grams of sugar
— 100 g of vanilla sugar (I have a bank of sugar with vanilla pods, so do make vanillin alone if there is no sugar)
— Juice of one lemon
— Zest of one lemon
— Juice of half a lime (can be replaced by lemon)
— Zest of half a lime (can be replaced by lemon)
— 3 eggs (separate the whites from the yolks)
— 130 grams of flour
— 200 ml of milk
— 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

How to cook:

1. Butter room temperature Whip with sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove the zest from the lemon and lime, avoiding the white part (it is bitter). Juice of lemon and lime strain through a sieve. Add juice and zest to the oil and continue beating.

2. Next, add 3 egg yolks, flour, baking powder. Pour 200 ml of milk. After the addition of each product, beating well until smooth.
