Ingredients:

Chicken fillet — 400 g
Soft cheese — 200 g
Potatoes — 3 pcs.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Salt, pepper, allspice — to taste
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Bay Leaf — 3 pieces.
Fresh herbs to taste
To toast — baguette (or any other bread), garlic, olive oil

Preparation:

1. Boil in a pot of 1.5 liters of water, cut the chicken into small pieces and put it in boiling water.
2. Once the broth begins to boil, add salt, a couple Goroshkov allspice and black laurel leaves. Cook boiling points of 20 minutes.
3. Clean the potatoes and cut into cubes. We take out the meat, put the potatoes and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
4. Clean and rub the carrots. Make a weak zazharku in sunflower oil. Lightly salt and pepper.

5. The finished zazharku add to the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
6. Add the cream cheese, mix well and turn off the fire.
