Enjoy the lush, fragrant, curd pudding with pears! The delicate flavor of pears gently interwoven with vanilla and sour lemon, blends perfectly with the creamy cheese flavor casseroles and gives it an unusual flavor and juiciness.

For casseroles:
8 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
3 eggs, separated, at room temperature
1 teaspoon baking soda for baking, dissolved in 1 teaspoon of vinegar
2 cups of cottage cheese (400 g)
3/4 cup semolina
3-4 pears, peeled, finely chopped

To prepare the pears:
1/4 cup water
sugar, taste
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 170C degrees. Beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy mass. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract and stir again. Put in the egg-oil mixture of baking soda, slaked with vinegar, and mix thoroughly. Then add the semolina, stir, followed by adding cottage cheese and knead the dough. In another bowl, beat whites with a tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form. Putting the beaten egg whites with the dough, stirring gently with a spatula from the bottom up.

Thinly sliced pears. Lubricating oil a baking dish and lay the cut pieces at the bottom of the form. For this we need 1.5-2 pears. We spread the batter into the pan over the pears and spread the spatula. Bake 40-50 minutes in the preheated oven until dark golden brown. The remaining pear slices should be laid in a pan with water, add sugar, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and cook for another 3-5 minutes until soft. Sugar pear and vanilla give a pleasant aroma and lemon juice keeps it from darkening and makes the taste more vivid. The finished pudding cool for about 15 minutes, and then decorate with icing sugar and cooked pears.
