Crispy Potato Roast

Necessary ingredients:

— 2 kg. sweet potatoes;

— 4 — 5 small onions (shallots);

— 3 tbsp. tablespoons of melted butter;

— Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

— Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, rosemary, thyme and sage);

— 1 clove of garlic;

How to cook:
