Ingredients:

Cream (15 to 20%) — 500 g
Vanilla sugar — 20g
Instant coffee — Article 1.5. l.
Egg yolk — 4 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Pour cream into a saucepan, mix with vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Then we add them coffee and stir until completely dissolved.

3. Now a thin stream pour the cream with vanilla sugar into the egg mixture. Pour weight on the forms and put them in a deep pan, which is filled with hot water for 2 \ 3 of the mold. Bake in a preheated 150 ° C oven for 1 hour. Then cool creme brulee to room temperature and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Then (if you have a grill) liberally sprinkle dessert brown sugar and put under a preheated grill until the sugar crust does not become crispy. If there is a grill, you can cook a caramel sugar and pour it dessert. To do this, pour 150 grams of sugar in a saucepan and put on a small fire. When it starts to melt, pour 40 ml of water, a few drops of lemon juice and stir quickly. Cook caramel to light brown color and pour dessert.
