Chocolate pudding

Ingredients:

Milk — 1 liter
Wheat flour — 1 tbsp. l.
Starch — 2 tbsp. l.
Cream — 0.5 stack.
Cocoa — 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar — 1 stack.
The egg (yolk) — 1 pc.

Preparation:

1. Pour milk cream. Add flour, starch, cocoa, sugar and egg yolk. Mix well.
2. Cook, stirring, until thickened, 15 minutes.
3. Hot pudding pour kremanki. Cool and clean the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
