Cocoa — 5 Art. l.
Butter — 50 g
Sugar — 6-8 Art. l.
Flour — 1 tsp..
Milk — 5 Art. l.
Vanilla sugar — 1/4 tsp..
Ground nuts for nuts or other taste and optionally


1. Mix the cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tbsp. l. milk and stir until smooth. Pour the remaining milk. Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
2. After the cocoa boiled, add the butter, reduce heat to low, and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Remove the pan from the fire and enter through a fine sieve the flour. When the flour is completely dissolved, bring to a boil again.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir the vanilla sugar and mix well.
5. Pour the chocolate on the molds for ice, after brushing them with butter.
6. On request, the chocolate can add any chopped nuts.
