Chicken breast with lemon







120 g chicken fillets
1 small lemon
1 tsp chili pepper (can be flakes, and fresh pepper — to your taste)
Refined olive oil
spaghetti of wholegrain flour (can be ordinary or Nero)
6 cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
a pinch of dried basil
a pinch of salt


1. breast marinating.
First make the marinade — squeeze the juice of lemon mixed with chili.
If fresh pepper — remove the seeds and finely chop.
Omit the chicken in the marinade, we send in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Fry.
We get the breast from the marinade, heat the pan in a small amount of olive oil.
At maximum heat fry the breast on both sides to brown.
Then we diminish the heat to medium and continue to fry under the lid until ready.

3. A quick side dish.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, I prefer al dente — nedovarivayu 2 minutes.
Clean the garlic, chop in half with cherry.
Heat up a skillet in a little olive oil, garlic and tomatoes turned up on medium heat — just a couple of minutDobavlyaem spaghetti and basil, stir well and turned up a further 2 minutes.

It turns out very juicy breast with a rich taste!
A side dish of pasta goes well!
