Chicken breast stuffed with ham

Chicken breast stuffed with ham, broccoli and mozzarella cheese

— 4 chicken breasts
— 4 slice mozzarella
— 4 slice ham
— 180 g broccoli
— 1 egg
— 1/2 tablespoon of water
— 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
— Salt and pepper — to taste
— Dry parsley, garlic powder

Heat oven to 175 degrees. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil them a few minutes in boiling water. Then place in ice water immediately, so they do not lose color.

Chicken breasts with salt and pepper, sprinkle with garlic powder.



Put on the breast 1 slice mozzarella, ham, broccoli slightly, twist and secure with a toothpick.

Pour into individual plates breadcrumbs, beaten egg and a half tablespoon of water.



Obmoknite each roll in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Arrange rolls in a baking dish and place in oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
