Chicken balls in cheese-cream sauce.

Composition:
-500 Gr. chicken
-1 onion
— 1 egg
-3 Cloves of garlic
-200 Ml cream
-150 Gr. hard cheese

Cooking method:

Chicken fillet should be a little beat off and finely chopped
(To recapture forgotten, but the filet was a little frostbitten and finely cut easily)
Then add back finely shredded onion, salt and pepper, beat the egg
