Cheese soup with croutons


● 2 liters of water or broth
● 4 potatoes
● vermicelli
● processed cheese
● 20 g butter
● salt and pepper — to taste
● spices (optional)
● bread
● greens


1. Peel the potatoes, cut into strips. Add the boiling water (broth) and cook until half cooked.
2. Processed cheese cut into small pieces, add to the pan and mix well. When the cheese is melted add the pasta, salt, pepper, butter and spices. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
3. The bread cut into small cubes and fry in butter until golden.
4. Pour the soup into bowls, add the croutons and chopped parsley.
