Chicken legs — 2 pcs.
Processed cheese curds — 2 pcs.
Potatoes — 4 pcs.
Carrots — 1 pc.
Onions — 1 pc.
Rusks — 50 g
Vegetable oil — 50 ml
Salt, pepper, favorite seasonings — to taste

1. Take 2.5 liters of water and cook broth from chicken legs. Remove the chicken legs from the broth and chop the meat finely.
2. Cut potatoes into cubes and cook in broth until cooked. Onion chop, carrots grate on a large grater and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
3. Cut the melted cheese into small cubes. Put the sliced cheese, chopped meat, fried onions and carrots into the broth, add the spices. Cook until the cheeses are completely dissolved. Serve with greens and croutons.
